Shipping managers can view items to ship directly from the Real-time Dashboard, and even set up FedEx®, UPS, and USPS shipping functionality to any destination, domestic or international, from within NetSuite. The integration allows you to select shipping preferences, validate shipping addresses, and calculate shipping rates and handling fees, which can be instantly added to your customer's invoice.

 

 

Select some or all of the items to be fulfilled and print their labels while having the shipping description made available on the printing label. The FedEx®, UPS, and USPS shipping integration allows different steps of the fulfillment process to be handled by different people within the company, allowing picking, packing and shipping steps to be matched to meet your company’s process.

 

 

NetSuite automatically ties tracking numbers to sales orders, invoices and customer records, providing complete visibility into shipping progress and delivery history from any transaction or customer record.

 

 

Customers can log into the Customer Center and view all their key information, such as order and payment history as well as shipment status. In addition to reducing the time to fulfill orders, providing your customers with this visibility will increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
